This palace can be visited today, as well as the Cathedral of Santa Maria, which, dating back to 1514-20, is in fact the first cathedral of the new world.
The lighthouse, which is where Christopher Columbus rests (apparently he rests in many locations ^_^;;) is shaped like a cross and also lights up the sky in the same shape, these are only a few of the many things I learned on this trip (don’t want to give too much away or you might not learn anything at all during your visit there ;D).
